We do not offer refunds for any orders.
All our products are carefully quality-checked before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send us clear photos and a video of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Once we verify the damage, we will send you a replacement of the same product.

Replacements are issued only once per order.
No refunds or replacements will be provided if the wrong address is given by the customer or if the order is not accepted at the time of delivery.
